Affiliate FAQ
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed automatically via Stripe Connect on the 1st of each month for the previous month's commissions. There is no minimum threshold.
How long does the cookie last?
60 days. If someone clicks your link and subscribes any time within 60 days, you earn the commission.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No limit. Refer 1 person or 1,000 — you earn the same 30% rate on every active subscription.
What counts as a qualifying referral?
Any new user who signs up through your link and starts a paid subscription (Starter, Pro, or Agency). Free-plan users do not generate commissions.
Can I refer myself?
Self-referrals are not eligible for commission. Accounts flagged for self-referral will have commissions reversed.
How do I track my referrals?
A referral tracking dashboard is coming soon. For now, contact support with your user ID and we'll pull your referral stats manually.
