DashCanopy answers
What is DashCanopy?
DashCanopy is a multi-site monitoring command center for publishers and multi-site owners. It brings uptime, visitor and revenue stats, and alerts into one dashboard.
A monitoring command center for many sites
DashCanopy is a web dashboard for people who run more than one website and want those sites in a single command center. Publishers, agencies, and SaaS operators use it to see uptime, visitor and revenue stats, and alerts without opening a separate console for every property.
The product is the canopy over the portfolio. Each site you add becomes a tile on the dashboard. Health checks ask whether that site responded. When a site is set up to report stats, visitor and revenue figures sit on the same tile, next to the health signal, so the daily question is one screen instead of a row of bookmarks.
DashCanopy is a monitoring and stats dashboard. Hosting and payment processing stay with the providers you already use. The dashboard tells you how the sites you connected are responding and what stats they have reported. It is the place you open when the question is whether the sites are up and what visitor and revenue numbers they have reported.
Public pages on dashcanopy.com describe the same job in the product name: monitor the websites you own from one dashboard, with uptime, visitor stats, and alerts. The answer pages on this site use the live plan limits from the pricing page, which are quoted in the plans section below.
What you see on the dashboard
Health checks run on a schedule that depends on the plan. Starter checks every 10 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, and Agency every 1 minute. A successful response is treated as online. A failed check — no response, or an error status — is the offline signal the dashboard is built to surface. Sites that respond slowly can show as degraded when the response time is above the product’s threshold.
Visitor and revenue tracking is included on Starter, Pro, and Agency. Those numbers appear when the site is connected to report them, including through the platform push options for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or a custom site. The dashboard can total visitors across the sites you monitor and can show revenue that those sites report.
Alerts follow the plan. Starter includes email notifications. Pro and Agency add SMS alerts when you bring your own Twilio account, plus webhook event ingestion so orders, signups, and errors from integrations can land in one feed. Agency adds REST API access, white-label branding, up to 5 seats, and dedicated onboarding.
AI features are available when you bring your own OpenAI key. DashCanopy uses that saved key server-side to make the provider request on your behalf. Provider charges and data handling stay with the provider account and its terms. The pricing page states this bring-your-own-key model on every tier.
Who DashCanopy is built for
The pricing page describes Starter as the fit for solo bloggers and new site owners, with a cap of 5 sites. Pro is described for growing portfolios and publishers, with a cap of 15 sites. Agency is described for agencies and large portfolios, with unlimited sites.
Indie publishers often have a flagship plus a handful of niche sites. SaaS operators often have a marketing site, an app, a docs site, and a status page. In both cases the failure mode is the same: the person responsible learns about a problem from a reader, or by happening to open the right provider tab. A command center is meant to make that check routine.
DashCanopy is also the dashboard logged-in customers use after the trial. The public marketing page stays the front door. These answer pages explain the product in plain language for anyone comparing tools, without changing that front door.
Plans, trial, and billing
Paid plans on the pricing page are Starter at $19 per month, Pro at $69 per month, and Agency at $149 per month. Annual billing is $190, $690, and $1,490 per year. For Starter, $190 per year is about $15.83 per month when billed yearly. Every paid plan shows a 7-day free trial. Checkout applies that 7-day trial period. Review the terms shown at checkout before you start.
Logged-in customers manage the subscription themselves. The pricing page shows a Manage billing button, and Settings → Payments & Plan at /settings/payments shows the same control. Both open a Stripe Customer Portal session where you can cancel or update payment methods. The portal returns you to /settings/payments. If Stripe has no customer for the account yet, DashCanopy asks you to start a subscription from Pricing first.
A full comparison of site caps, check intervals, webhooks, SMS, the API, seats, and white-label is on the pricing answer and on /pricing. Nothing on this page adds a discount, a subscriber count, or a guarantee that the pricing page does not show.
